Hello,

I am having problems updating the wonderland online client. When I try to update, It says "web is busy, try later, please." This is not due to a connection problem because I am able to play other games and browse the internet normally. I have tried to open wlo through alogin, but the client thinks that there is no connection, therefore, I cannot log in. I have updated my java. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall. I have manually downloaded the latest patch. Nothing has worked. I am currently using windows 10. I have wlo downloaded on disk C: because it's the only disk.

You're probably trying to open it up during a maintenance run from IGG. That's the only time something like that would come up.

Also, make sure you put in a directory like C:\Wonderland Online (an example) for the game files and program.

Time of your posts is before Maintenance so it could be compatibility issue.
Change Properties of Client for WLO to Windows XP or 7 and Color Mode to 16 Bit.
You may also need to run as Administrator.
If this does not work you may need to get a flash drive and install there.

At the time of this Posts Maintenance has already finished.

I've changed the compatibility to Windows XP or 7 and Color Mode to 16 Bit. I've also tried running it as Administrator multiple times. I also do have a directory for Wlo in programs files (86). This problem occurred before and after maintenance. How can I install it through a flash drive? Do I just put all of the files on the flash drive?

Thank you for your help. I really want to come back after hearing that wlo is getting a new contractor.

I would try it one more time, LeeYuna, to see if you can get in. Maintenance in WLO would take upwards of about 6 hours to complete (not the same 2 hour deal as before). Also a better rule of thumb is to open up the SERVER.INI file with notepad and open up a Command Prompt (CMD window) and ping the IP addresses to see if you are able to get to them.

If you are not able, then you might be behind a network that has a firewall that prevents such (such as a school internet) or they (IGG) is during a maint run.

Hello LeeYuna,

have you tried to enforce update? I am not sure if you can click it with this error you keep getting but it's worth a shot.
Press on Q&A and press Enforced Update.

Usually when I used to get this error, it used to appear along side with it the files that needed to updated, are you sure with reinstalling and updating your pach you can't login through aLogin still? 

I've read this on WLODB and apparently it was suggested by IGG back in the days.

" Try uninstalling then deleting the whole wl program folder then reinstalling. after reinstalling either download the patch or let it update on its own. Then you could after the patch is done and put in either use the alogin .exe monkey or run main.exe as administrator and your problems SHOULD be solved. "

Whereas someone else suggested that you just restart your PC.
