How about where it is installed if it is a C: Drive and not external storage(Flash Drive usually letter F: or later) that could be the problem.

It's installed through the C: Drive

I tried installing through an E: Drive yet I'm still having the same issue

C: Drive has never Worked for me since Windows Vista.

Windows stores Program data separate from Programs now making is impossible for Client to find Data hence the crash.

If E: Drive is a rewriteable CD/DVD Drive that in itself is another set of weird Problems due to the slowness to regular memory devices causing things to lag out.

A typical 8 GB to 16 GB Flash (USB type Connection) Drive goes for $10.00 or less. This has worked well for me.

A SD card could also be used if you have a slot for it or with a USB adapter.

You only need 2GB capacity to Install 1 copy of Client.

If you are short on USB Ports USB Port Hubs for up $15.00

Warning do not USE D: Drive it is a reserved part of Primary Hard Drive to restore computer files if corrupted.

If you have on a Flash Drive next is Compatibility settings.
Color to 16 Bit.
Windows to Widows 7 or 8
Some people required to run as Administrator.
Right mouse over Wlo Icon to access these setting using Property settings.
You will get a WLO start of Client in left Corner with Black screen filling the rest if successful in running to start.
Press 'ctrl' + 'alt' + 'delete' together.
Wait for system screen with options as Lock, System Manager, ect.
Press 'esc' wait for Desktop to return.
